White Bean, Sausage & Kale Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Italian sausage, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped kale
  • 2 cups Furmano’s Great Northern Beans, drained & rinsed

Servings

Directions

  1. In soup pot, cook sausage 2-4 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  3. Chop kale and add to pot.
  4. Cook 5 minutes or until kale is tender.
  5. Drain and Rinse beans.
  6. Stir in beans. Heat thoroughly.
