White Bean, Sausage & Kale Soup

Ingredients

4 ounces Italian sausage, chopped
3 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 3/4 cups diced tomatoes
1 cup coarsely chopped kale
2 cups Furmano’s Great Northern Beans, drained & rinsed

Servings

Directions

In soup pot, cook sausage 2-4 minutes over medium heat.
Add broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Chop kale and add to pot.
Cook 5 minutes or until kale is tender.
Drain and Rinse beans.
Stir in beans. Heat thoroughly.
